WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The primary responsibility of the IT Business Analyst is to provide users with support for the technology and systems that support Steiner’s business. This role works closely with users to understand business needs, identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, determine solutions, and ensure systems and applications are effectively supporting business operations.
WHAT WE'LL NEED FROM YOU:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of two years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience supporting IT systems within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
Technical knowledge and experience with Epicor Eclipse software preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, especially within cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
